The Experiment@ International Conference 2025 (expat\u201925<\/strong>) is the 7th<\/sup> face-to-face event of the conference series expat\u2019xx<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

expat\u201925<\/strong> is organized by the University of the Azores<\/a><\/u> with the collaboration of the University of Coimbra<\/a><\/u> and the University of Porto<\/a><\/u>, and will be held at Horta, Faial Island<\/a>, Azores<\/a>, Portugal, from September 3 to 5, 2025<\/strong>, with pre- and post-conference technical days on September 2 and 6, 2025, respectively. The conference will envisage the technical support of IEEE<\/a> (IEEE Industrial Electronics Society<\/a> and IEEE Education Society<\/a>) and the Portuguese Engineers Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

expat\u201925<\/strong> continues the biennial event series dedicated to online experimentation, with its relevance reinforced by Industry 5.0, and contributing to extending the world’s capabilities in this particular area and developing collaborative work in immersive technologies, bringing together engineers, researchers and professionals from different areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

expat\u201925<\/strong> will run for three days (plus pre- and post-conference days), providing a forum of discussion and collaboration between academics, researchers industry and medicine professionals, trying to bridge the gap between academic applications and real-world needs and experiences. It offers the participants an opportunity to present their recent work and to take part in technical sessions, workshops, exhibition sessions, discussion tables and thematic visits to nature and adventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
