(1) Each paper/demo requires at least the registration of one of the authors to be included in the conference program and in the conference proceedings.
(2) Authors MUST register until April 15, 2019.
(3) Author registration includes the presentation of one paper/demo. One additional paper/demo implies an extra cost of 100 EUR.
(4) The student registration fees are applicable only to BSc/MSc/PhD students. Proof of student status may be requested.
(5) Accompanying Person Fee includes the Welcome reception (June 12), the Social Evening Activity (June 13, to be confirmed) and the Gala Dinner (June 14). It doesn’t include lunches or coffee and refreshment breaks.
Special Conference Registration Fee #1 includes:
– All items included in the Basic Conference Registration Fee;
– Admission to the pre-conference workshops (June 11);
– Coffee and refreshment break (June 11);
– Social Program Activity (June 11).
Special Conference Registration Fee #1 = Basic Conference Registration Fee + 40 EUR.
Additional Conference Fees includes:
– Additional Conference Fee #2: Social Activity (June 15, 9am to 5pm): Trip to different places on Madeira Island with lunch.
